Altona mid week market & op shop adventure

Altona is a lovely little suburb which boasts 3 beautiful op shops. And on Tuesdays from 9am - 1pm there is a lovely mid week market to explore with fresh produce, bric a brac and lots of cute little home made treasures to find.
The beach front is epic, its a wonderful walk along the pier, we spotted loads of jellyfish & birds this morning.
Then we wandered through the market which lazily sprawls itself along the main street.

There is a beautiful park right on the foreshore with plenty of room and playground equipment to let the kids run it off, and public toilets right there too.
Then you simply must visit the awesome 3 Altona op shops!
This is all very easy to access by train or car, the main street has loads of super cute cafes to choose from.
