I love juicing!
I often use whatever is in season and easily available.
I buy in bulk for the week and wash everything together in the sink, fill sink up with water, add in 2 big spoons of baking soda, leave for 10 mins, swish around clean with your hands a little, rinse, leave to dry on the bench then put everything in the fridge - a cold juice is key 😀
This recipe makes 3 or 4 big glasses which we drink throughout the day
Juice
2 or 3 apples
2 or 3 carrots
4 or 5 celery sticks
1 or 2 big handfuls of kale
1/2 a beetroot
* ginger optional
Blend (I use a stick blender)
add into your juice
1 avo
1 banana
handful of ice
optional…
1 big teaspoon Reishi powder
2 desert spoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid
Blend all together until creamy & smooth & drink, yum yum!
ps - don’t whatever you do, make the same mistake I did and spill it everywhere! 😂🤦♀️
Frankie had nothing to do with this mess 😂 she was but a witness to my massive hiccup! lol
It was not too hard to clean up either, only took 6 clean towels to mop it up 🤦♀️ Frankie helped & it became a lovely thing to do with her!
