Geelong op shops

Geelong is pretty awesome, its about 40 - 50min drive from Melbourne. Its a lovely day trip if you are looking to fill in a day of op shopping!
I go to Geelong about once a month, I live near Werribee so its close for me, and I use Valeries Pantry to buy all of my dried goods, flour, oats, nuts and such. Valeries pantry is a wonderful nostalgic way to shop, and it promotes zero waste beautifully which I’m all for! Not only is it sustainable - but its super affordable! I rock up with my wicker basket with all my empty jars, and simply refill them from their bins and barrels. Its wonderful! And on the outskirts of Geelong are a lovely strip of op shops, Im sure there are more in the city, but I simply love the massive Brotherhood Of St Laurence & The Salvation Army Thrift Store so I kinda just make a bee line for those on my Geelong excursions. I also highly recommend a walk along the boardwalk and a ride on the old school merry go round! A lovely day trip!!

* Geelong is also home to a huge Vintage Marketplace, its 2 massive warehouses with a huge range of curio goods, collectible items & second hand goods. You can easily spend an hour here!
*The Brotherhood has an amazing range of furniture! Its huge
